Shipping Policies

How soon will my order ship?

All orders should ship within 1-2 business days. Shipping is from our fulfillment center* in Pennsylvania, so customers in the Northeast will usually get it the next day after it ships. Customers on the West Coast should expect it about a week after shipping.

*"fulfillment center" - isn't that a great name? That's the technical name for a place which puts things in boxes and sends them out, but it sounds like a New Age clinic in California.

How do you handle out of stock items?

We'll notify you by e-mail in the next day or two, give you estimated in-stock times, and let you decide if you want to cancel your order or not.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

Orders of two books or more will be sent by UPS Ground. Orders of just one book will be sent by USPS Priority Mail.

What are your shipping rates?

Right now we're offering flat $4.99 shipping on all orders in the continental US

What about international shipping?

Soon! We're working on it, and we might have something pretty exciting any day now.

How long do I have to return the items?

The request has to be made within 2 weeks from the time of delivery.

Do you charge restocking or other fees?

No. If the goods are damaged, we'll also cover the shipping. If you just changed your mind, we would ask that you cover the shipping.

Do the products have to be returned in the original shipping container?

They should be if possible. If you return the products using any other packaging, and they are damaged during the return trip, we will not be able to refund you for the damaged product.
